Returns & Exchanges

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, there are no returns or exchanges for opened packages. Tropical Nut will not under any circumstances accept returns or exchanges for damaged, used, or opened swimwear or beach wear items from the Tropical Nut Collection. 

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Our policy lasts for a total of 5 days after delivery, if 5 days pass and we have not received confirmation of a return shipment your return and/or exchange is invalid. 

We want to reiterate, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require full name, address, birth date, phone number, order number, as well as order confirmation number. Once we confirm that we have received your returned item as well as confirmed it is unused, and in its original packaging we will process the return.

*Please note that ALL shipping/taxes/duty charges are SOLELY the responsibility of the customer, Tropical Nut is NOT in any way whatsoever responsible for any fees/duty charges/taxes incurred as a result of shipping.*

Returns (Swimwear EXCLUDED)

  • The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached
  • The item is not a sale item
  • The item is returned to us within 5 days from delivery date
  • A receipt and proof of purchase is available
  • Absolutely no returns accepted on items returned to us with makeup/tan marks. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by Tropical Nut

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please carefully view the size chart available before purchasing. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us fur further instructions.

Shipping
To return your product via mail contact us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
